We spend hours on laptops and computers for both school (studying, patient charts) and relaxation (Netflix, social media)... and over time, it is easy to end up looking like this:

Dentistry is pretty back breaking work. Many dentists suffer from chronic back and neck pain because of poor posture. Statistics show that 25% of dentists will be disabled for long enough to collect disabilities insurance.

Some of us in dental school are already complaining of neck and back pain because of the way we sit, stand, and work in lecture, sim lab, and clinic… and we haven’t even become dentists yet!
